What is Hypnosis?Often individuals have some pretty funny ideas on hypnosis! “Are you going to make me cluck like a chicken?” I always say, “Only if you want me to!” Movies and T.V. have really set it up for that! It is quite the opposite. Hypnosis can be entertaining, but it can also be quite beneficial to the mind and body.

So what is Hypnosis really? It’s a very relaxed state of mind and body, where the subconscious mind is very open to accept suggestions. Suggestions that help individuals make the positive changes in their life that they desire. These suggestions could be to help one lose weight, quit smoking, release past experiences, relieve stress, or even birth a baby with greater ease. It’s all about what the client would like to achieve!

And how does it feel? Hypnosis is very relaxing. It’s the kind of relaxation where you are not thinking about anything else but relaxing and visualizing. I am your guide, and I will keep you on track, so your mind does not start thinking about what else you need to do when you get home, or tomorrow, or at work, etc. It’s truly an opportunity to relax fully; and to imagine what you truly desire; and to start making your dreams come true!
